Your Benefits Broker Should Save You More Than They Cost.
Most employers overpay for benefits — not because they’re careless, but because they don’t have an expert in their corner at renewal time. JS Benefits Group delivers measurable, documented savings through smarter plan design, aggressive carrier negotiation, and compliance that prevents costly mistakes.

The Numbers Are Staggering.
Healthcare costs are projected to rise 7–8% in 2026, yet 67% of employers renew without ever shopping the market — because carriers count on that inertia. We don’t let that happen. From level-funded plan design to ACA compliance, our clients typically save 15–30% in year one — and every service is included at no additional cost.

Real Employers. Real Savings.
A Pennsylvania manufacturer with 145 employees saved $187,000 in year one. A New Jersey firm avoided $94,500 in IRS penalties. A Delaware healthcare organization reduced premiums by 22% — while employees actually preferred the new plan.

Advantages and Disadvantages of Remote Work After the Pandemic

With widespread vaccination measures in the United States and other countries, the world is finally, albeit slowly, coming to redemption after the slight stutter brought by the pandemic. The corporate world was hit hard as the pandemic brought a unique conundrum, the likes of which the corporate structure had never seen before.

Most small and medium sized enterprises were not particularly prepared for the complications the pandemic threw at them. The sudden nature of the lockdown measures meant that the transition to work from home was a stretch with a few organizations also going broke in the process.

However, we are all making it out of that apocalyptic period now and are almost near redemption from the lockdown. With things gradually opening up, companies are contemplating the use of remote work as the new normal in the corporate world. Obviously, a few companies saw a number of benefits come out of remote work during the pandemic and cannot help but think of ways they can implement to keep following the work method.

In this article we look at a few pros and cons of remote work after the pandemic and help you with the thought process. These advantages and disadvantages of remote work will help you make your decision.

Pros:

Greater Productivity

Perhaps the biggest benefit organizations witnessed during the pandemic was greater productivity in employees working from home. Employees felt the same, with 77 percent of full-time employees confessing to feeling more productive at home.

Greater Flexibility

Another great benefit of remote work is how it allowed employees to work flexibly. This worked for employees and employers both. Employees could work when they felt most inspired, while employers have noticed greater productivity as a result of this flexibility. Also since employees aren’t bound by the 9 to 5, they’re available for quick tasks.

Disadvantages

No Team Collaboration

Perhaps the most prominent disadvantage of remote work is that there is no team collaboration within members of the same team. Online modes of communication and collaboration do not make up for how effective physical meetings are while discussing key points and finding solutions.

Not All Employees Can Work from Home

Not everyone can work as flawlessly at home as they do from their workplace. Some employees may have too many disturbances at home, while others would be unable to pay attention when it is required. Productivity for a few employees can dip as a result of work from home.

We at JS Benefits Group have worked with a number of clients from different industries to study the pros and cons of remote work along with the convenience of a hybrid method. You can get in touch with JS Benefits Group to discuss and devise a strategy.
