Your Benefits Broker Should Save You More Than They Cost.
Most employers overpay for benefits — not because they’re careless, but because they don’t have an expert in their corner at renewal time. JS Benefits Group delivers measurable, documented savings through smarter plan design, aggressive carrier negotiation, and compliance that prevents costly mistakes.

The Numbers Are Staggering.
Healthcare costs are projected to rise 7–8% in 2026, yet 67% of employers renew without ever shopping the market — because carriers count on that inertia. We don’t let that happen. From level-funded plan design to ACA compliance, our clients typically save 15–30% in year one — and every service is included at no additional cost.

Real Employers. Real Savings.
A Pennsylvania manufacturer with 145 employees saved $187,000 in year one. A New Jersey firm avoided $94,500 in IRS penalties. A Delaware healthcare organization reduced premiums by 22% — while employees actually preferred the new plan.

Find Out What You’re Leaving on the Table.
A free benefits analysis takes less than an hour and shows you exactly what your current plan is costing you — and what a smarter strategy would save. No pressure. No obligation. Just numbers.

Employee Health Benefits

How to Enjoy Life Without Compromising Your Productivity

Stress is a normal part of our lives. As we juggle a multitude of tasks and projects at work, it is no surprise that employees are overworked and overwhelmed.

Of course, prolonged stress can take a toll on the mind and body. It can adversely affect employee productivity, performance and efficiency levels.

The million dollar question is: how can you love your job, maintain a work-life balance and keep your sanity intact?

If you have too much on your plate, here are some tips to perform at your maximum potential:

Diet

Let’s start with the basics. Your health is critical. Make sure you eat well and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

A healthy diet will increase your energy and make each task more enjoyable.

Sleep

Along with eating well and drinking water, get adequate sleep. When you are well-rested, you can focus better and have more energy tackle any project.

Physical activity

Whether you love swimming or cardio, stick to a regular exercise plan.  Regular exercise helps cope with stress better.

Also, take up activities outdoors as it has positive health effects. Nature makes us feel happier and more relaxed.

Scheduling

It is a good idea to have a daily plan at hand. Make a list of the things you do in a day.

In addition, prioritize work. If you try to do everything at once, it will only add to your stress.

Breaks

Know your limits. Overburdening yourself will make it impossible to complete all that you planned.

Take short breaks throughout the day to freshen your mind. Step away from your work station for at least 15 minutes. You will feel more productive and stress-free.

Challenge yourself

Try new things. Learn to play a musical instrument, take up yoga classes or  do anything you have wanted to do.

It is easy to get into a routine. In order to break the rut, you need to try different activities. Trying new activities will broaden your horizons and enhance your creative skills.

Support system

Choose your friends wisely. Whether it’s your work or college friends, it is important to pick good friends.

Relationships can go either way. The right people can boost your self-esteem and confidence. It is important to have friends who lift you up.

Positive mindset

Embrace positivity. Every moment can be enjoyable, regardless of your circumstances. Gaining perspective is the key to balancing work and life.
