Your Benefits Broker Should Save You More Than They Cost.
Most employers overpay for benefits — not because they’re careless, but because they don’t have an expert in their corner at renewal time. JS Benefits Group delivers measurable, documented savings through smarter plan design, aggressive carrier negotiation, and compliance that prevents costly mistakes.

The Numbers Are Staggering.
Healthcare costs are projected to rise 7–8% in 2026, yet 67% of employers renew without ever shopping the market — because carriers count on that inertia. We don’t let that happen. Real Employers. Real Savings.
A Pennsylvania manufacturer with 145 employees saved $187,000 in year one. A New Jersey firm avoided $94,500 in IRS penalties. A Delaware healthcare organization reduced premiums by 22% — while employees actually preferred the new plan.

Tips to Get Full Attendance at Work Events

5 Tips to Get Full Attendance at Work Events

Work events have become common in all organizations. While these events are essential for businesses, many employees may feel hesitant to attend work events for various reasons. In such cases, administration and HR personnel can utilize some success tricks for events to make employees interested in stopping by. Let’s take a look at some of these helpful tips:

Set a Convenient Day and Time

Day and time greatly impact attendance at work events. Many administrations or employers make the mistake of organizing the event on weekend nights. However, employees who would choose to spend their weekend nights with their coworkers are rare. Most people have weekend plans with their families, friends, and other loved ones and prioritizing work over their loved ones can negatively impact their personal lives.

Therefore, work events should only be organized during the workweek and, if possible, during the day. For events at night, compensating employees with a day off ensure increasing attendance at work events.

Organize the Event at an Accessible Place

Besides day and time, accessibility of the event venue can also impact attendance at work events. Organizing the work events at the workplace can be the most feasible solution to this issue. However, if the workplace doesn’t have enough open space to organize an event, finding a location venue near to the workplace can be helpful. Alternatively, you can also offer commute services to the employees.

Make it Fun

Boring events wouldn’t interest employees to attend. To increase attendance at work events, add some pizzazz to them. Depending on the business industry, organize a small but helpful workshop for the employees at the event. An entertainment segment and the presence of an important industry person can also interest employees to attend the work event. Last but not least, good food and giveaways can also become an attraction for many employees.

Send Exciting Invites to Employees

Even if the work event, employees can assume it to be boring. However, you can correct the employees’ assumption by sending them exciting invites informing them of the event. In the invite, state all that will occur at the event. Even if the employees know about the event already, receiving an exciting invite may tempt them to join their coworkers outside of work. You can also send personalized invites through the mail for a greater impact.

Allow +1

Allowing employees to bring a guest can also help increase attendance at work events. Employees would be able to bring a friend interested in the industry or a parent or partner who wants to know more about them and their scope of work. Allowing a +1 for employees would also help make socially anxious or introverted employees less alone at the event.

Finally, invest in décor and professional photography to appeal to the employees for the work event. People love going to beautiful places where they can get beautiful pictures. However, don’t forget to share sneak peeks of the event beforehand on the business’s social media page to tempt employees!
