How’s Their Work Ethic?
- Professionalism:Action speaks louder than words. So, assess their demeanor, adherence to dress code, and interactions with colleagues, supervisors, and clients,
- Attendance and Punctuality:Consistent attendance and taking responsibilities seriously indicate a strong work ethic.
Do You See Any Potential in Them That Might Benefit Your Company?
- Leadership Potential:An intern who demonstrates leadership qualities, even in small ways, can become a candidate for growth within the company.
- Career Goals:In the evaluation meeting after the internship completion, discuss their aspirations and career goals. This will tell you whether they are the right fit for your company.
