Your Benefits Broker Should Save You More Than They Cost.
Most employers overpay for benefits — not because they’re careless, but because they don’t have an expert in their corner at renewal time. JS Benefits Group delivers measurable, documented savings through smarter plan design, aggressive carrier negotiation, and compliance that prevents costly mistakes.

The Numbers Are Staggering.
Healthcare costs are projected to rise 7–8% in 2026, yet 67% of employers renew without ever shopping the market — because carriers count on that inertia. We don’t let that happen. From level-funded plan design to ACA compliance, our clients typically save 15–30% in year one — and every service is included at no additional cost.

Real Employers. Real Savings.
A Pennsylvania manufacturer with 145 employees saved $187,000 in year one. A New Jersey firm avoided $94,500 in IRS penalties. A Delaware healthcare organization reduced premiums by 22% — while employees actually preferred the new plan.

Find Out What You’re Leaving on the Table.

Effective Ways to Resolve Conflicts in the Workplace

Conflict is something that we as human beings experience in our day-to-day lives. It is something that we experience with friends, families, colleagues, and even within our professional lives. While conflicts can be easy to manage in other aspects of life, they can become really frustrating in the workplace. Conflicts in the workplace can cause a serious degree of sadness, discomfort, pain, and frustration to the parties involved.

Since organizations have started hiring individuals from diverse backgrounds, there has been a serious influx in the conflicts seen within the workplace. People with disparate outlooks can come together to disagree over outcomes, especially since they don’t have the same perspective over things.

In this article, we mention some of the ways to resolve conflicts within the workplace. These ways have been devised after due consideration and will help you resolve conflicts amicably.

Clarify the Source of the Conflict

The very first thing you need to do is to identify the source of the conflict and completely understand it. You cannot reach conclusions on the conflict without clearly understanding the reason behind it and what is triggering the conflict. Defining and clearly determining the source of the conflict will make your understanding easier. This will also enable you to understand how the issue first popped up and how both parties can come to a conclusion.

Talk Privately and Listen

The key approach to solving problems peacefully is to talk privately and listen to those involved. There are two things you should never do during conflict resolution:

  • Do not resolve the conflict in the presence of other bystanders. Make sure you’re discussing the problem privately. People tend to be more accommodating when they’re private.
  • Do not keep talking and hurling accusations without listening to others. Listen intently and let them know that you want to hear them out.

Set a Common Objective and Determine Ways to Meet It

When you hear both parties out, you should determine one common objective that both parties want. Even in the situation of a conflict, there are areas where both parties agree. You should determine that one common objective and work on it.

Communicate that common objective to both parties involved in the conflict and let them know that this is what you have in mind. Sit down with both parties and even brainstorm the common objective together with them. Allow them to speak and give you an idea of what they want.

We at JS Benefits Group have worked with numerous clients to discuss the ways they can follow to resolve conflicts in their workplace. You can get in touch with JS Benefits Group immediately to discuss and devise a plan.
