Your Benefits Broker Should Save You More Than They Cost.
Most employers overpay for benefits — not because they’re careless, but because they don’t have an expert in their corner at renewal time. JS Benefits Group delivers measurable, documented savings through smarter plan design, aggressive carrier negotiation, and compliance that prevents costly mistakes.

The Numbers Are Staggering.
Healthcare costs are projected to rise 7–8% in 2026, yet 67% of employers renew without ever shopping the market — because carriers count on that inertia. We don’t let that happen. From level-funded plan design to ACA compliance, our clients typically save 15–30% in year one — and every service is included at no additional cost.

Real Employers. Real Savings.
A Pennsylvania manufacturer with 145 employees saved $187,000 in year one. A New Jersey firm avoided $94,500 in IRS penalties. A Delaware healthcare organization reduced premiums by 22% — while employees actually preferred the new plan.

Managing HR Tasks during this Pandemic

The current coronavirus pandemic has brought remote work to the forefront, as many organizations are currently focused on it. However, despite the focus on remote work and employees working remotely, a huge number of employees are still working on site. Just like the pandemic has changed remote work, it has also affected on-site employment as well.

There’s been an enormous amount of attention and talk focused on ‘How do you use zoom?’ But there are so many employees that are not actually able to work remotely that we’ve effectively forgotten about,” mentioned Brian Kropp, who is chief of research for the Gartner HR practice.

Working on-site during the pandemic doesn’t only bring a new set of questions for employees, but also requires HR professionals to sit down and think just how they should manage HR tasks during this pandemic.

Ensure Employee Safety

The HR department of organizations where essential workers are still coming to work should ensure that every person is properly screened and checked for safety before they are allowed inside. Both HR and senior leaders within an organization should make it an obvious policy to tell sick employees to stay at home for the duration of their illness. Employees who feel sick should also be encouraged to get checked for the coronavirus so that everyone who has been in contact with them recently can take preventive measures if the test comes out as positive.

Regularly Communicate with Employees

Different employees with different perspectives are going to have contrasting views about the coronavirus. Some of your employees might even think the virus is a hoax to contain people and that nothing of its sorts currently exists. However, regardless of their beliefs, organizations should take center stage here to educate all employees about the virus and present fact-based information to suggest how they expect them to behave during this period.

The internal employee portal can be utilized here to give fact-based information regularly to build perspectives and make sure that every employee in your organization believes along the same lines.

Developing Solutions for Employee Support

These are testing times for everyone, as companies across the globe are finding ways to make the lives of their on-site workers easier. Some organizations have come up with an alternate day policy, while others have divided employees into teams and have segregated tasks to effectively maintain control and workload. Certain organizations are also offering on-site snacks and food to make sure that all employees remain satisfied and happy.

We at JS Benefits Group have worked with numerous clients to discuss the importance of managing HR tasks during this pandemic. You can get in touch with JS Benefits Group immediately to discuss and devise a policy.
