Your Benefits Broker Should Save You More Than They Cost.
Most employers overpay for benefits — not because they’re careless, but because they don’t have an expert in their corner at renewal time. JS Benefits Group delivers measurable, documented savings through smarter plan design, aggressive carrier negotiation, and compliance that prevents costly mistakes.

The Numbers Are Staggering.
Healthcare costs are projected to rise 7–8% in 2026, yet 67% of employers renew without ever shopping the market — because carriers count on that inertia. We don’t let that happen. From level-funded plan design to ACA compliance, our clients typically save 15–30% in year one — and every service is included at no additional cost.

Real Employers. Real Savings.
A Pennsylvania manufacturer with 145 employees saved $187,000 in year one. A New Jersey firm avoided $94,500 in IRS penalties. A Delaware healthcare organization reduced premiums by 22% — while employees actually preferred the new plan.

Employee Hiring Call

Common Signs That Your HR Department Is Doing Its Job Right

If you are questioning the relevance of your HR department then let us tell you why they are a vital part of your company:

They are the people, who communicate the company’s vision to the new recruits so that they give their best from the get-go

They are the link between the company and the talent pool out there. Without them, the company wouldn’t have employees, customers, and vendors

They help make the office environment better by listening to your concerns

Need we say more?

Following are four signs, which show that your HR department is hard at work and doing a great job:

1.     The New Employee Fits Right In and Is a Team Player

If the new employee is a team player and adds value to the project, then you know that the HR department chose well. They are responsible for going over the resumes and finding out the right fit for all the departments in the company.

It’s their job to make sure that whoever joins the company is not only qualified but also friendly. This is a prime example that the HR department is doing its job right.

2.     Immediate Actions is Taken after Your Complaint

Let’s assume that you were being harassed by one of your employees. You fear that accusing him or her outright might result in your firing. You decided to make an anonymous complain and after a week, you see action being taken against that person. This is one of the biggest areas that most employees struggle in and when the HR department steps up to do its job, you know that you are working in a safe environment.

3.     Keeps a Check on the Managers

Many employees are not a fan of their managers. Seldom do they complain about the manager because of their position on the hierarchy. Sometimes, the supervisor is also of not any help. In such cases, either of the two things happens: you are transferred to another department or the manager is investigated and for the time being, a temporary manager steps in.

The latter action shows that the HR department cares about the employee’s productivity and does not want any fights to break out due to a misunderstanding or biasness.

4.     Offers You Flexibility Due to Medical Problems

There are a number of reasons why you might miss work or demand for official leaves. If discussing it with your manager does not give you any results then you can always turn to the HR department. Let’s assume that you are scheduled for a medical surgery.

You will obviously need time off from work. You send in your application with the appropriate paperwork and your leaves get approved without any question. The HR department does not ask personal questions and rather, focuses on the paper work.

These signs show you that the HR department is doing its job and that too, perfectly. So next time, if you come across any problem in the office, instead for talking to your manager, approach your HR department for a quick solution.
